At Dubs Green Garden, we take pride in providing top-quality cannabis products and professional delivery service. Because cannabis is a regulated product, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise and want to make sure you feel confident ordering from us.
1. All Sales Final
Due to California state cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products once they have left our possession. This includes flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes, edibles, tinctures, and topicals.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged or leaking upon delivery
- Defective (e.g., faulty vape cartridge)
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at (805) 286-5987 or dubsgreengarden@gmail.com. Provide your order details, photos if possible, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your case and, if verified, offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product on your next order
- Store credit applied to your account
- Refund (when required under state law)
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as outlined above. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Sale or promotional items
- Cannabis accessories (unless defective upon arrival)
5. How to Request a Resolution
To request a replacement, store credit, or refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and details about the issue.
- Send photos of the product if possible.
We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. While state law limits what we can accept back, our goal is to make things right whenever possible within compliance guidelines.
